Money Refund Policy

In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Romosa offers you the possibility to return or exchange item(s) within 14 days after you receive your order. If you revoke your purchase, you will receive all payments that you have made within 3-10 days after we receive your returned item(s). This includes the delivery costs for your order. In case you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. All refunds find place with the same payment method you used to place an order.
