We strive to proces all orders within 1-2 business days. The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 6,95 and foreign countries different shipping costs may apply.

Returns and exchanges

In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Romosa offers the opportunity to return your item(s) within 14 days after you received it. We do not have an exchange service. To purchase your desired item(s) you can easily place a new order.

The items must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged are not qualified for refund.

To return your purchase please send an e-mail with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return to info@romosaofficial.com.

Romosa is not responsible for any costs are made for returns. All costs of € 6,00 made for returning item(s) will automatically be deducted from your refund.
