1. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Romosa offers the opportunity to return your item within 14 days after you received it.

The items must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged are not qualified for refund.

To return your purchase please send an e-mail with your order number and the items you would like to return to info@romosaofficial.com.

Romosa is not responsible for any costs are made for returns. The price that will be refunded includes the price for the purchase only. 

2. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your gift. Any gift can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the purchase is received. Please send an e-mail to info@romosaofficial.com. We will need some more information from you in order to help you further.

3. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

You can choose the option to exchange your purchase within 14 days after you receive your purchase. Please send an e-mail to info@romosaofficial with your order number and items you would like to exchange. Include in your e-mail which item you would like to order instead. If there is any difference in the pricing, either you will receive a payment request or a refund. Romosa is not responsible for any costs are made on returns and shipping costs may apply for your new purchase.

4. How long does it take to get a refund?

It will take 2-14 business days after we receive your purchase to return your refund.

5. Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

If any item goes on sale within 14 days after you received your purchase, we are happy to refund the difference in price. Please contact us via info@romosaofficial.com.

6. How can I write a review on a product?

On any page there is a review option on the left side. If you click on it, you will be able to write your review

7. How do I unsubscribe from your mailinglist?

There are two options you can use to unsubscribe from our mailinglist. 

- On the bottom of every e-mail you receive from Romosa there is an option with 'unsubscribe'. If you click on it, follow the steps and you will be removed from our mailinglist.

- Send an e-mail to info@romosaofficial.com and we will make sure that you will be removed from the mailinglist.

8. Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and United Kingdom. But we will start a worldwide shipping in the future.
