1. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Romosa offers the opportunity to return your item within 14 days after you received it.
The items must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged are not qualified for refund.
To return your purchase please send an e-mail with your order number and the items you would like to return to hello@romosaofficial.com. A return label will be sent to you that can be used to return the items.
Romosa is not responsible for any costs are made for returns. The return costs will automatically be deducted from the refund.
The price that will be refunded includes the price for the purchase only.
2. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your gift. Any gift can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the purchase is received. Please send an e-mail to hello@romosaofficial.com. We will need some more information from you in order to help you further.
3. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
We don't have an online exchange service which means you can return your original order and create a new order immediately. This way you avoid any disappointments that the desired item is sold out.
4. How long does it take to get a refund?
It will take 1-14 business days after we receive your purchase to process a refund depending on which payment option was used.
5. How can I write a review on a product?
On any page there is a review option on the left side. If you click on it, you will be able to write your review
6. How do I unsubscribe from your mailinglist?
There are two options you can use to unsubscribe from our mailinglist.
- On the bottom of every e-mail you receive from Romosa there is an option with 'unsubscribe'. If you click on it, follow the steps and you will be removed from our mailinglist.
- Send an e-mail to hello@romosaofficial.com and we will make sure that you will be removed from the mailinglist.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship within Europe, Australia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Switserland.
