Items ordered within the Netherlands will be shipped in 1-3 working days. The shipping costs are € 6,95.

Returns and exchanges

We offer you the possibility to return or exchange items within 14 days after you receive your order. If you revoke your purchase, you will receive all payments that you have made. This includes the delivery costs for your order. In case you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. All refunds find place with the same payment method you used to place an order.

If you like to return an item, please send an e-mail with your order number to hello@romosaofficial.com. You will receive a return label that you can use to send back your package. Romosa is not responsible for any costs are made for returns. All costs that are made for returning an order will be automatically deducted from your refund.
